性状与用途：黄白色蜡状固体或胶状体；具有香气，味极苦。水溶液显中性或弱碱性反应，振摇时产生多量泡沫。在水或乙醇中极易溶解，属季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。在水溶液中离解成阳离子活性基团，具有净洁、杀菌的作用。洁尔灭性质稳定，耐光、耐压、耐热，无臭味、无挥发性。在医疗手术时广泛用于皮肤和手术器械的消毒，也广泛用于杀菌、消毒、防腐、乳化、去垢、增溶等方面。又是阳离子染料染腈纶纤维的匀染剂。
洁尔灭包装：50公斤/塑桶 ，遮光，密闭保存；在运输过程中，应小心轻放、防撞、防冻、以免损漏。
